Influencers Agent
There are people whose one post would do more for you than a month of your own. This agent finds them on X, checks they are worth writing to, and drafts the message: under 500 characters, in their language, opening on what they actually posted. You send it.
You know exactly who to write to. You never write.
You can name the ten accounts whose readers are exactly your buyers. You have never written to any of them. The message you would send is either three paragraphs long or so obviously a form letter that you delete it, and by the time you have written a good one the post you were replying to is a fortnight old and the moment has gone.
What is influencer outreach?
Influencer outreach is writing to the people your buyers already read. For a product with no budget it is not a campaign, it is about five messages a week to people who post about the thing you built, sent by the person who built it. That is why it works and also why nobody does it: each message has to open on a sentence about their actual post, and writing that sentence means reading the post, which takes the evening you did not have.
An influencer agent does the reading and the drafting. It goes through X for the accounts whose posts reach your audience, filters out the brands and the competitors and the people selling their own programme, and writes the message you would send to each. Kwern's runs as a weekly Loop, leaves at most five, and never sends anything. The message is yours to send, from your account, with the parts only you know left in brackets.
What it leaves you
Up to five messages a week, each with the handle, the post it was written about, and the draft with the brackets you fill in.
The skills it runs
A run may activate these and nothing else. Every one of them is open: read the file before you turn the agent on.
What an influencer agent costs elsewhere
Two figures rather than three: only two of the ten AI CMO products whose public sites we read sell anything for this channel, and one of them is a waitlist page. Both prices are from those companies' own pricing pages on the day shown. Kwern publishes no reach or reply-rate figure for outreach on X, because we have not measured one.
Kwern against the alternatives
| What is compared | Kwern | AI CMO suites | Point tools | An agency | Doing it yourself |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Declaring a paid partnership | Early access, an affiliate share and a paid mention each end on a disclosure sentence, because all three are paid partnerships and the person posting owes the disclosure. | Unstated on every page we read. | A sending tool does not know what you offered. | A disclosure line added later, if anybody remembers. | You meant to mention the affiliate share. You did not. |
| Finding the right people | Reads X for the people your audience already reads: 1,000 to 50,000 followers, posted in the last fortnight, people rather than brands, and no competitors. | A keyword search that mistakes engagement for fit. | A database, priced per seat, ranked by reach. | A media list bought from somebody else, sorted by follower count. | The four handles you already follow. |
| Writing the message | Under 500 characters, in the language they post in, opening on what their post actually said, and five in a run never read alike. | A template, again. | Merge fields, which is how everybody knows it is a merge field. | A template, sent to two hundred people, with the name swapped in. | Written from scratch, which is why you send two a month. |
| Who says yes before it goes out | One feed. Approve, edit or reject each draft; nothing is published or spent until you do. | Usually a dashboard, sometimes autopilot with no stop. | Per tool, in whatever queue that tool keeps. | A shared document, and a reply a day later. | You wrote it, so you approved it. |
| What it costs a month | From $29 a month, every agent in every plan. | $20 to $1,000 a month, and $5,000 for a done-for-you tier. | One subscription per channel, each with its own seat. | A monthly retainer, agreed before anything ships. | Nothing, and it costs you the evenings. |
| Who pays for the model | Your own key. Across the 11 models Kwern vets, input runs $0.10 to $10 per million tokens, billed to you by the provider. | Credits you buy from them; the markup is never itemised. | Theirs, folded into the subscription. | Inside the retainer, at whatever margin they keep. | Your own key, at the provider's price. |

This Agent runs about 4 times a month. The tokens those runs spend are billed to you by your own provider: $0.10 per million in on gpt-6-luna, $10 on gpt-6-astra. Kwern never resells a token and never marks one up.
Three plans, every agent in each
Your model key, your accounts, your approval on every post. The plan decides how many products you run.

Where to go next
Someone is asking for what you built today.
On Reddit, on X, in ChatGPT's answers. Kwern finds them every morning and drafts the reply in your voice; you decide what goes out.
