Does Kwern post for me?

Your own posts and Threads, yes: from your account, once you approve, and nothing goes out unapproved. A reply to somebody else's post, or a quote of one, you post yourself, because X's API no longer lets Kwern reply to most posts or quote any. The draft carries the post's link.

What does it read back?

Impressions and clicks on the posts Kwern itself published, for as long as X serves them — thirty days. It reads no other account's private metrics, because it cannot.

Is there a limit on the listening?

A product may make twenty-five X reads a day. X bills every post its API returns, and a chat has no run to count on, so the budget sits on the product.

Why do the drafts never contain a link?

A link in the body of a post costs reach. The agents keep it out and put it in a first reply.
